In this class, we’ll focus on developing an efficient and intentional throwing practice.

As a studio potter, I work in batches, weighing clay and throwing consistent forms to eliminate variables and streamline my process. This approach allows for greater focus, increased production, and work that maintains integrity from start to finish. Whether you’re looking to refine your fundamentals or build a more structured workflow, this class will provide tools to help you throw with purpose and efficiency!

Students will have full access to the studio during open hours for the duration of their 8 Week course (6am-12am All Days).

Shelf space and 25lbs of clay is provided to each student. Tools and other equipment are available at the studio for communal use.
